People keep asking me if I’m busy. I assume it means “Are you selling a lot of homes?” because I get a lot of real estate related questions, and the answer is yes, I’m busy. If it means “Do you have time to help me?” then, I’m not too busy. If it means, do you have time for lunch or to go on a walk, then no, I’m not busy. Everyone seems a little tense right now about the market going soft. Let’s all remember back just a few years when you had to have bought before the turn of the century for your home to be worth more than you paid. Since I live in Granite Bay, I keep my own home in the back of my mind as a benchmark for “the market” and how it is performing.
